Over the top cupcake decoration - a rant

BBC Good Food blog in which I rant about the trend for excessive decoration on cupcakes is now live.. and I seem to have annoyed a few cupcake makers

    It's just that it's their way of expressing their artistic side. Many find it really cute and wonderful. It's great to see lovely pieces such as cupcakes.
